PAYMENT
1. Super Clinics and Elite Workshops:
A deposit of $150.00 is required with each application. The balance
is due by June 1st. Payments
received
after the deadline will be assessed a late fee of $35.00. Registration is secured when full payment is received
and verified.
2. Clinics:
FULL payment is required with application.
RETURNED CHECK FEE: $25.00
PROGRAM ACCEPTANCE
You will receive a confirmation of acceptance into the program after the registration is processed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations for any reason 30 days prior to the start date of a program: There is a non-refundable fee of $25.00.
Cancellations for any reason less than 30 days prior to the start date of a program: There is a non-refundable fee of $50.00
No shows, players who leave a session on their own, or players who are expelled by management do not receive credits or refunds.
Note: We reserve the right to cancel programs if necessary.
GROUP PLACEMENT
We reserves the right to reassign
students into different groups, or adjust or combine groups as
necessary.
